Each product is deployed in a controlled environment designed to approximate a real customer workflow at the scale most relevant to our readers (typically 25–500 users).
3. Evaluation criteria
- Functionality (10 points)
- Pricing transparency and TCO (8 points)

4. Scoring
Each product receives a 0–10 StackReporter score, normalized across the category. Scores are reviewed quarterly and re-tested at least every twelve months.
5. Vendor right of reply
Vendors are notified of forthcoming reviews and given the opportunity to correct factual errors. They do not see scores or recommendations prior to publication.
6. Disclosure
StackReporter may earn commissions when readers click through to a vendor's site from a review. Commissions do not influence scores, rankings, or editorial recommendations. See our affiliate disclosure.
